Frank

Frank Jedda

"When I was18 years old, I walked past Barney's on 7th Avenue and 17th Street: and this is when the love affair began", says Frank Jedda, Director of Kleinfeld Men. "I knew immediately that I had found my calling .... my love and passion for the clothing business."

Frank then went on a quest to see and experience the world and had his first custom jacket made in Persia (he was 21 yrs old). Researched fabrics in Paris, Italy and England, and absorbed all he could on mens clothing. Eventually, he made his way back to New York and opened his first store: the renowned men's custom clothing boutique, Frank Stella, which he quickly grew to include 3 locations. His resume also includes managing the made-to-measure menswear department at Paul Stuart, where he was known by customers as the the authority in men's style.

Now, after an incredible journey, Frank has come back to where it all began, on 7th Avenue & 20th Street. "When Ronnie Rothstein, contacted me about becoming Director of Kleinfeld MEN, he offered me the keys to a unique business, I immediately saw the potential, this was also a concept I truly believed in, and Ronnie was a man I could trust, what else did I need to do except to say, 'Yes, I will be the bearer of the keys.' and now another quest has begun".

And that is the story of the infamous Frank Jedda...aka the Blogman.

As the Kleinfeld Creative Director, Jacques' job is to tell stories. Whether it is in a window display, at a fashion show, or even building a department by scratch, he thrives on the process of turning a concept into a visual reality. Upon his arrival, he brought 15 years of experience ranging from space design to interior design in locations ranging from coast to coast. "Bridal is one of the most traditional industries in the country," Jacques says, "I was intrigued by the opportunity to push its boundaries."
