Now, here’s your Kleinfeld VIP Experience Day in the Life …

Before

Good morning! Whether you’re driving into the city, just walking a few blocks, hopping on a train, or waking up in a hotel room, start your day off on the right foot. 

Take time for yourself. Go on a walk, work out, take an everything shower, relax with your fiancé, or take a little extra time to sip your morning coffee… Whatever makes you feel like your best self, do it! Consider booking yourself an appointment with a hair stylist or schedule your wedding hair or makeup trial. Before you head out the door, don’t forget any undergarments, bra, shoes, or hair accessories that will make you feel the utmost comfort and confidence.

Next, fuel your body! Staying well hydrated and fed will help you not only make the best decisions, but ensure that you remain present and fully enjoy the day. So, get together with your loved ones who will be joining you for your VIP bridal appointment. Enjoy breakfast, brunch, or lunch together and make a toast to the special day ahead! During

Arrival

To make the most out of your wedding dress consultation and our VIP bridal showroom, we suggest arriving about 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment time. This allows you and your guests to relax in our spacious lobby, snap a few photos, or use the restroom before getting started. If you’re taking the subway, a taxi, or car service, be sure to account for delays or traffic.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our team at the front desk and wait for your personal bridal stylist to welcome you into our showroom. Depending on your VIP bridal appointment type, you will enter your private VIP bridal lounge or bask in the beauty of the entire Kleinfeld showroom all to yourself!

Once your guests are seated amongst your viewing area equipped with a mirror, pedestal, lounging space, as well as an assortment of beverages and light bites, your personal bridal stylist will escort you to a private dressing room. 

Consultation

Your vision is our focus. Your personal bridal stylist will inquire about all-things wedding, and most importantly, you! From your partner’s name to the venue and all of your dress desires, we are all ears. At this time, we encourage you to vocalize details such as budget, any specific gowns you are hoping to try on, questions you may have, or any special requests that will ensure your VIP experience is customized to you.

After you’re settled, you will slip into a Kleinfeld robe.

Try On

Your stylist will initially select 3-5 gowns to present to you to ensure we understand your vision. You will have the opportunity to showcase the gowns to your guests seated in your private viewing area. You will not be limited to try on a certain number of dresses. Simply put, we are committed to having you try on as many gowns as needed within the duration of the appointment time, and most importantly, until we find the one!

We remind you that this extended appointment time is entirely yours! This is especially the case when it comes to your VIP bridal appointment. We encourage you to be open, honest, and inform your personal bridal stylist if there are any ways that we can further personalize the experience for you. 

Whether it be the very first one you slip into or it takes several gowns to discover your bridal style, our expert team is committed to guiding you throughout your appointment until we discover your dream dress.

Accessorizing

A personal accessories stylist will complete your bridal look with a curated offering of accessories such as veils, jewelry, headpieces, and belts (just to name a few!) specifically based on your gown and unique vision. We’ll gift you 10% off all of the accessories you select as a way to thank you for being our VIP bride!

Saying “Yes!”

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! Once you find the gown that you can imagine yourself walking down the aisle in, your personal bridal stylist, the Kleinfeld team, and your loved ones will celebrate with you as you say “yes!” to your dress!

Make a toast, sip champagne, and enjoy the moment. Your personal bridal stylist will be happy to take photos of you and your loved ones with an “I Said Yes to the Dress at Kleinfeld” sign. 

Afterwards, your stylist and a Kleinfeld bridal director will assist in taking your measurements and completing your order. Depending on your VIP bridal appointment type, this is when your exclusive Kleinfeld gifts will be wrapped and given to you. If time allows, enjoy a brief, behind-the-scenes tour of our stock room and the rest of our showroom before you head out!

Your personal bridal stylist will then lead you to our financial services team who will finalize your payment. Please note that a 65% deposit is due at the time of purchase. At this time, you will be provided with information regarding your gown’s delivery, pick-up, shipping, and alterations. While all of this information will be outlined, you will not be required to solidify any of those details at the time of placing your order.
