Introducing Nicole + Felicia for Kleinfeld

In 2015, entrepreneurial sisters Nicole and Felicia Chang transformed the bridal scene by introducing their first collection of fashion-forward designs with a focus on impeccable couture techniques. Today, they are simply known as Nicole + Felicia. Despite the designers’ recent emergence into the fashion world, their gowns have already been worn by celebrities including Priyanka Chopra and Taylor Swift… and they’re only getting started! 

The power duo have set out to redefine modern luxury with their looks that walk both down the aisle and down the red carpet. With sketches conceptualized in San Francisco and garments crafted in their Taipei atelier, finding the beauty and confidence within every individual is at the heart of their creations.

From the very first time our team set their eyes on Nicole + Felicia designs, we knew the meticulous craftsmanship and high fashion styles were exactly what our brides were seeking. Head buyer and tenured Kleinfeld employee of more than 30 years, Dorothy Silver, stated, “I met Nicole and Felicia during the October 2022 bridal market. It was the first designer I saw at the start of the day. First and foremost, I was blown away by their exquisite designs that were different from anything else I had seen as well as the amazing energy from the designers and their team. It was love at first sight. Their dresses are young, fun, and fabulous!” 

This is why we are incredibly honored to introduce our very own Nicole + Felicia line that the designers have exclusively curated just for you (our Kleinfeld brides!). We sat down with the sisters to learn more about the inspiration behind the collection that can only be found behind Kleinfeld doors. 

Kleinfeld: “Why did you create a new exclusive collection with Kleinfeld? What was it about Kleinfeld that made you want to work together?”

N+F: “Kleinfeld has been extremely supportive of our brand starting from the first season we showed at NYBFW, and we instantly felt like this would be the beginning of a beautiful partnership. During our trunk show there this past January, we received valuable insight from their sales team, which led to the conversation of creating an exclusive collection. Our goal is to bring the Nicole + Felicia aesthetic to a wider audience and partnering with Kleinfeld is the perfect venture! We are so excited to be launching this collaboration with one of the most iconic names in the bridal industry.” 

Kleinfeld: “What is the inspiration behind the collection? Why Paris? 

N+F: “This collection is a celebration of romance and femininity, featuring elegant designs like sleek mermaid gowns, to shimmering ball gowns with our signature beadwork. From intricate handmade embellishments to beautifully tailored corsetry, each element highlights the artistry of our craft. Paris is known as The City of Love! It was the perfect backdrop for our campaign shoot.”
