Kleinfeld Love Stories

Engaged:

Matt proposed to me on an extremely rainy day in May of 2017. He planned the entire proposal to be outdoors on our favorite dock in the town that we live in. Although the forecast showed rain, he went through with the rainy day proposal anyway. He had 4 dozen roses that created a path from the parking lot to the dock, in which we stood in a circle of red roses. With photographers and a videographer hiding in the bushes, Matt proposed to me. He had bought XL umbrellas that morning and spoke the sweetest words to me, and I said yes! We then got in the car and he had asked if I wanted to go into a nearby bar/restaurant that we frequented often to call our families before him and I went to a special dinner he had planned, to which I had agreed. When I walked in, there were 75 of our closest family and friends there to surprise me and celebrate the engagement of Matthew and I!

I bought a Danielle Caprese dress from Kleinfeld in August of 2017. It was a strapless sweetheart neckline mermaid gown that was completely beaded from the bust to the knee. The back of the dress had a see through corset feature and buttons that led from the top of my back to the very end of the train. In addition, the dress had beautiful lace detail all throughout the bottom. IT WAS GORGEOUS!  Stella did all of my alterations, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was amazing to work with throughout all of my fittings!

Our wedding was a black tie wedding held in New Jersey at The Rockleigh Country Club! The theme was blush and gold.
