Engaged:

John and I got engaged after meeting online, 3 weeks from our first date. We met on November 22, 2015 and by December 14, 2015 we were engaged and already starting to plan our wedding.

John proposed in our kitchen, while we were eating pizza and drinking wine talking about our future, he just got down on one knee (without the ring even though it was in the next room over) and proposed. It was magical and real and now we have a tradition of eating pizza and drinking wine on every anniversary!!

My dress was Anne Barge’s Berkeley style. I was not looking for a ball gown at all, but I fell in love with the simplicity and timelessness of this style.

It fit in perfectly with my Cinderella/royal theme wedding and I truly believe if I had a different wedding dress, the vibe of my entire wedding would have been different!

We were first married at Saint Agnes Cathedral in Rockville Centre. The cathedral was perfect for our theme and provided a beautiful backdrop for our photos. It truly was the royal wedding I wasn’t looking for!

Our reception was to follow at Jericho Terrace in Mineola. We were in the penthouse room and everything was perfect! We even had a life-size Cinderella carriage in the background of our photo booth! The elegance of the venue, the delicious cocktail hour and food and the amazing staff all combined made it the most incredible day!
