April 27, 2019Richard and I met during one of his visits to New York City from Glasgow, Scotland. From the first day we met we knew we had a special connection. We kept our long distance relationship going with visits back and forth from New York to Glasgow, and even changing it up and meeting in different cities across Europe. During one of my visits to Glasgow, in Richards studio apartment on an April Evening, he got down on one knee and proposed. It was sweet, intimate and romantic.

This dress was perfect for me and definitely reflected the type of bride I wanted to be on my special day. Corinthian ClubKnowing that Richards father, Robert was not in the greatest health and would not be able to travel long distances, we knew we wanted the wedding to take place in Richards hometown, Glasgow, Scotland. The wedding consisted of many Scottish traditions including a hand fast and Richard wore a kilt. The ceremony was intimate with 25 of our family members and friends. Photos: Graham Milne
