Jason & I had our first date in New York City in November 2013. From there we maintained a long distance relationship until 2016 when I moved from NJ to Maryland. During that time I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis yet Jason’s love and commitment never wavered!

Jason decided he wanted to propose on the same street where we decided to make our relationship “official”. With cars honking and people cheering Jason got down on one knee and asked me to be his best friend forever. I was so overcome with emotion with all that we have been through the joke is I never actually said yes!

I had a vision of the dress I wanted and Morgan from Kleinfeld picked my absolute dream! 5 dresses were brought to the dressing room and the first dress I tried on was the Fitzgerald from Anne Barge. I fell in love! The dress is timeless and I’ve never felt more beautiful! It fit my body perfectly and it had just the right amount of “sexiness” with the off the shoulder sleeves and V in the front.

My husband loved it and was hoping I would wear that exact dress. It was my perfect match!

Mallard Island Yacht club was our absolute dream wedding venue! For years every summer by boat my dad and I would cruise to the yacht club in hopes to catch a wedding ceremony! I envied those brides, the place was magical!

Fast forward to 8/9/19 Jason and I had the most perfect day to become one! With the sun shining, my dad dropped my sister and I off by boat and the day began! I’ve never smiled so much, it was truly the best day of my life! In front of 150 of our closest family and friends Jason and I became one and I gained an amazing stepson, Jacob.
