Kleinfeld Love Stories: Morgan & Dylan
About the Proposal:
Engaged: Summer 2024
Morgan & Dylan took a trip to Sarasota Florida in August 2024. In February of that year, Morgan had the idea to book a sunset photoshoot to celebrate nearly 5 years together. Dylan knew that was his chance to catch Morgan by surprise and propose (he probably wouldn't have gotten away with it otherwise). Towards the end of the photoshoot, Dylan got down on one knee and proposed. Morgan cried and cried and the only words that would come out were: “are you serious?”
About the Dress:
Consultant: Steven
Prior to her appointment, Morgan was looking at the Kleinfeld website and found the Justin Alexander Dickinson gown. She sent it to her mom and sister and felt it was the one. Still, she tried on over 40 gowns at 3 separate appointments. She put it on in June and immediately knew that was her dress, but wasn’t sure she could say yes at that time. When she realized it’s all she thought about, she knew they had to go back immediately. She booked a VIP experience in September 2025 and was surprised to see that Randy was in the store that day. She got her special “say yes to the dress” moment she grew up watching other brides have. Working with Steven in the shop was a dream. He knew I loved my J.A dress and recommended I stop trying dresses on. We weren’t getting anywhere just adding more to the mix… that WAS my dress!! Paige from Accessories came in and said “I have the PERFECT veil for this gown”. It was a gorgeous Pnina Tornai cathedral veil with lace and beaded edges. Morgan cried when she saw the entire look. She paired the ensemble with the most perfect Anne Barge heels to bring it together.
About the Wedding:
Married: June 20, 2026
Location: Rexford, NY
Venue: Mohawk River Country Club & Chateau
Photographer: Justin Tibbitts Photography
The wedding was in Rexford, NY at the Mohawk River Country Club. What started as a gloomy cloudy morning, turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon. Morgan and Dylan weren’t overly concerned with the finer details such as florals, decor, etc. they knew this day was about their love and those details weren’t important. Morgan felt an overwhelming sense of peace the entire morning. Everyone was asking how she was staying so calm. She knew that the day would come together and it would be everything she had ever dreamed of. It was the perfect start to forever.
