Kleinfeld Love Stories: Samantha and Sean

We were hiking at Acadia National Park, Maine. Sean is not big on hiking so I had to convince him to go. I had no idea he would propose on this trip. I am always taking a million pictures everywhere we go, so I was in the middle of taking a panorama photo when I turned to get the picture of the other side of the lake and I see Sean kneeling there asking for my hand☺

I went to Kleinfeld with this idea in my head that I NEEDED a bohemian style long sleeve dress… that didn’t end up happening. I fell in love with this sleeveless illusion high neck vintage ivory over nude lace dress from Liancarlo. In fact I was so hung up on the fact that I wanted a long sleeve dress, that I ended up going back to try on more and I still ended up with this sleeveless beauty!

Handsome Hollow

We chose to get married in the Catskills , upstate New York. Sean is pretty rustic and I’m more boho in style and this venue we found was a perfect marriage of the two (pun intended😏) Handsome Hollow is the most amazing barn venue and location I’ve ever seen. I knew that was the place we would wed the moment I saw it. The whole day was planned with the outdoors in mind…and then it rained. And although it rained it couldn’t have been more perfect of a day!
