He proposed in a park near Independence Hall in Philadelphia. We have been together for over 6 years at that point and trying to figure out where we we’re going to live after our medical training. He had an interview in Philly and decided the night before he was going to propose.

This was the second dress I tried on and it was instantly my favorite. It was elegant and most of all, light enough to walk around in.
