About the Proposal:
Engaged: May 2025
We were spending the weekend in New York for Mother's Day with my family. Andrew and I slipped away one afternoon to have a picnic in Prospect Park. He proposed where we had our first date. He then booked a room at the Standard Hotel, complete with rose petals, chocolates, and champagne. We celebrated the day with dinner at Gage & Tollner with my family. It was so romantic and wonderful!
About the Dress:

My sister and I booked an appointment for the Kleinfeld Sample Sale. I was honestly a little nervous going in, not knowing what to expect. Kleinfeld blew me away! Every dress was beautiful, but I told my consultant I am an artist, and she had a special dress she wanted me to try. It was a one-of-a-kind hand-painted Nardos gown with white and blue roses across chiffon fabric. I was in love; it was absolutely perfect! Of course I had to say YES to the dress.

We live together in Pennsylvania, and most of my family was traveling in for the wedding. I had always dreamed of having my family and friends all stay in the same place for my wedding. When we found the Glasbern Inn, it was a perfect fit. Our wedding day turned into a wedding weekend, and I was able to spend time with everyone. A big highlight was when my dad surprised me by getting his college band together to play a few songs for us during the reception. They were a massive hit! Overall, it was a perfect time that I'll never forget.
